Booking Campus Rooms

There are eight meeting rooms available for staff and faculty members, and they can be booked through SFU Exchange Calendar. Please click on this link for instructions: http://www.sfu.ca/content/dam/sfu/surrey/campus-services-resources/book-a-room/Booking%20a%20Meeting%20Room%20in%20SFU%20Exchange.pdf. The rooms are located in various areas on campus, and room capacities range from 10-24. SUR 2735, 2746, 3040, 5200 and 5380 are now self-serve video conferencing rooms. SUR 5020 has a PC with audio speakers. If you are planning to use your own laptop there, please contact the IT Services help desk (firstname.lastname@example.org or 778-782-7490), and ask for computer speakers. Please note that the meeting rooms are for internal meetings only. For other bookings (e.g. exam marking, workshops, research, and other course-related activities), please submit a request through the room booking form. If you require special Facilities and/or IT support in the meeting rooms, please contact Schedules at email@example.com.
